MASON CITY - The NIACC men's basketball team dropped a 84-60 decision to Southeastern CC in an ICCAC contest in the NIACC gym.
Southeastern (3-2) led 45-29 at the half after jumping out to an 18-0 lead. The Blackhawks outscored the Trojans 39-31 in the second 20 minutes.
Southeastern was led by Bruce Carpenter with 24 points.
NIACC was led by freshman Bradley Andrews with 13 points and freshman Noah Rigatuso with 12 points.
NIACC (0-5) returns to action Saturday at home against Iowa Western. Game time is slated for 3 p.m.
