Trojans open regular season Aug. 21-22
The NIACC volleyball team is slated to open the 2026 regular season Aug. 21-22 at the OWT All-In Volleyball Tournament in Rockford, Ill.
In the opening-weekend tournament, the Trojans will play four matches in the two-day event. The Trojans face Lake Michigan College and Grand Rapids CC on Aug. 21 and take on Kansas City (Kan.) CC and Mott CC on Aug. 22.
NIACC, under 17th year head coach Chris Brandt, opens its home season against DMACC on Aug. 26.
NIACC hosts its own two-day tournament on Aug. 28-29. The Trojans face Madison College and the Dordt University Junior Varsity on Aug. 28 and NDSCS and Lake Region State College on Aug. 29.
This season, the ICCAC matches will start at 6 p.m.
