NIACC men face Indian Hills in tourney opener
OTTUMWA - The NIACC men's soccer team faces Indian Hills in the opening round of the NJCAA Region XI tournament at 2 p.m. on Saturday.
NIACC (6-8-1 overall, 4-5-1 in the ICCAC) is the sixth seed for the regional tournament. Indian Hills (9-3-1, 8-2) enters the post-season as the No. 3 seed.
Top-seed Marshalltown CC and second-seed Iowa Lakes earned first-round byes in the regional tournament.
The NIACC/Indian Hills winner faces Iowa Lakes in the regional semifinals at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23 in Spencer.
Indian Hills topped NIACC 3-1 in their regular season contest on Sept. 29 in Ottumwa.

Highest remaining seed hosts. If a school has lights, the match is at 3 p.m. If school doesn't have lights, championship is at 2 p.m.
