Bio
Alec Hayes begins his eighth season as an assistant coach with the NIACC men's and women's track and field programs starting in 2025-26 season.
Hayes, who competed for the Trojans in 2018-19, ranks fifth on NIACC's indoor high jump all-time best list with a leap of 6 feet, 2 3/4 inches at the NJCAA Region 11 Championships in 2018
He also ranks fifth on the Trojans' outdoor high jump list with a leap of 6-4 3/4 at the NJCAA Region 11 Championships in 2019.
