COUNCIL BLUFFS - NIACC freshman Noah Jackson placed seventh at 157 pounds at the NJCAA national tournament Saturday inside the Mid-America Center.

Jackson (13-10) major decisioned Northwest Wyoming's Tate Allison 10-2 in the seventh-place match and earned all-American honors in the process. The top eight placewinners in each weight class are deemed all-Americans.

Jackson fell to the seventh-place match after getting pinned by North Idaho's Thomas Stevenson in his first consolation match Saturday morning.
